According to Chapter 6 of the Companies Act (2008), the process of Business Rescue is aimed to rehabilitate and rescue a financially distressed company. The Act sets out who may be appointed as a Business Rescue Practitioner, the qualifications required and their duties and responsibilities.  

The business rescue practitioner in our team is Danie van Jaarsveld.  He is licensed by CIPC as a Senior Business Rescue Practitioner. He is a member in good standing of a business management profession and also has a strong financial and business management background.
